Every year since 2005, the Sherpa Institute of Cincinnati, OH, conducts a global survey monitoring the evolution of professional coaching. The most recent findings indicate that coaching is indeed expanding at all levels, gaining credibility and reaching deeper into organizations, impacting several levels of hierarchy. Such results are mostly due to the successful impact of coaching as experienced by clients.
