Michel Pauzé was educated in marketing and communications at HEC Montréal. His diversified career has allowed him to successfully combine his professional activities and volunteer work.

Michel has been president and principal shareholder of Groupe Pauzé (formerly Michel Pauzé and Associates) for over 30 years. His earlier professional experience was at Léveillé Advertising, Auberge des Gouverneurs (Delta Corporation), the International Snowmobile Industry Association, Polygesta (which he founded) and Tourbec (Bureau de tourisme des étudiants du Québec).

From 1995 until quite recently, he was a member of the board of directors of Sainte-Justine Hospital, and served as chairman of the Sainte-Justine UHC Foundation for six years. From 2004 to 2008, he served as chairman of the Sainte-Justine Centennial Celebrations, a memorable success that has been an inspiration to many other professional philanthropic organizations today.

Michel is honorary lifetime chairman of the Mondial de la Publicité francophone, where he served as organizing chairman and chairman of the board from 1987 to 1995. He has also been active on the board of Opération Enfant Soleil since 2000, and a board member of the Jeux du Québec, the Laval-sur-le-Lac Golf Club and the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal.

He is a recipient of the Quebec Ministry of Communications Award (1987), winner of the Publicité Club de Montréal Personality of the Year Award (1988) and the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal Hector Saint-Louis Award. In recognition of his many contributions to the community, Michel Pauzé was named Personality of the Week by La Presse in 2008.

Brigitte founded Pauzé Coaching in 2010 after eight years of coaching with CDC Coaching. Over the years, she has coached dozens of senior managers, leaders and professionals to help develop their skills and maximize their professional potential.

Throughout her fruitful and multi-faceted career, Brigitte has worked with various levels of management, often in a context of change. She has developed a talent for honing in on the interpersonal and strategic skills that make a difference in an executive’s performance. She specializes in executive and management one-on-one coaching.

Brigitte’s career spans both the public and private sectors and has been guided by self-challenge as well as a desire to make a difference. After starting her career as a marketing consultant for a large consulting firm, she served as Chief of Staff for the Québec Environment Minister and was in the Québec Premier’s office as Special Advisor. Brigitte became Assistant Deputy Minister of Communications for the Government of Québec from 1989 to 1994. Between 1996 and 2000, she held the position of Vice-President, Corporate Human Resources and Employee Communications at Teleglobe, an international telecom carrier.

Brigitte has always pursued a broad range of interests and has been involved, among other things, in teaching and publishing, mentoring, and taking part in non-profit organizations like the Youth Chamber of Commerce of Montréal and the Breast Cancer Foundation. She has also occasionally spoken at conferences and has sat on various boards of directors.

Brigitte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration an MBA specialized in Marketing from Université Laval and a diploma in Human Resources from the Richard Ivey School of Management. She is a certified coach (P.C.C.) from the International Coach Federation (I.C.F.).

Louise Pauzé, in fact, combines her bachelor’s in Marketing and master’s in Organizational Development. She first pursued a career in communications marketing with the Cossette group, then worked as General Manager at l’Agence TAXI in Montréal. She assisted many large companies, such as Bell, GM, McDonald’s, Pfizer, Reitmans and Telus, among others, position or reposition their brands. With 15 years of management experience, her interest lies in talent management, and she pursues her career as a management recruitment consultant.

Pauzé’s marketing experience forte was founding Trait d’Union employer branding, which she created to help businesses position and distinguish themselves as employers, in response to observing significant changes on the job market. She regularly gives lectures on ORHRI, Regroupement des chefs d’entreprise du Québec and The Canadian Institute employer brands. She provides Infopresse employer branding training.
